WenShin Technology specializes in POS printer parts, ATM card reader heads, thermal print heads, label print heads, dot matrix print heads, POS keyboard membranes, transfer mechanisms, and related components. 3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide from our facility in Guangdong, China. Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected. Standard international shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping options are available at additional cost. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by WenShin Technology. Returns due to buyer's remorse or ordering errors may be subject to a restocking fee.

6. Product Warranty

All products carry a standard 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise specified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be supported with photographs or video of the defective product.
